Investment Analysis, Senior Executive

Our client is a fund management start-up with a focus on real estate, food technology and sustainability, and currently seeking an Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Investment Analysis to join our funds’ operations.
You will work with a boutique fund management team, supporting funds' operations, deal origination and acquisition, thoroughly research proposed projects and perform in-depth due diligence. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to start-to-end execution of transactions, including involvement in complex and creative deal structuring.
**Job Description**:
- Analysis and diagnosis of portfolio performance at group level;
- Assist to execute and manage the investment process, which covers deal evaluation/valuation, due diligence, feasibility studies and deal structuring in Singapore, China and Australia;
- Oversee budgets, operating expenses and capital allocation;
- Detailed financial modelling;
- Building synergy across cross-functional teams whilst collaborating with external stakeholders (Fund operators, capital partners, sponsors, consultants, etc) to deliver investment pipelines;
- Produce both regular and ad-hoc reports tracking the business impact of investment initiatives.
**Requirements**:
1 - 4 years of experience in real estate investment or fund management environment, with good understanding of fund management eco-system and investment scene;
- Ability to perform financial modelling with data mining and analysis skills for screening investment opportunities;
- Able to work independently and remotely with excellent attention to details and sensitive to numbers;
- Willingness to undertake moderate travelling across Asia Pacific where permitted.
