**Job Purpose**:
Works closely with Senior Management on strategic business planning and operations, and is responsible for the monthly financial performance and day-to-day operations of the outlets (maximum 2) under his/her purview.

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Operations**
- Responsible for the business performance of the multiple outlets under his/her charge
- Analyze business performance to optimise sales and profitability
- Develop and implement budgets
- Oversee cost controlling and food purchasing activities
- Work closely with the cross functional departments to ensure business continuity
- Manage and review systems and processes
- Facilitate innovation and lead team leaders to implement change
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
- Manage external service providers
- Handling emergency and difficult situations.

**Customer Service**
- Manage customer service
- Innovate the customer experience
- Promoting the restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.

**People Management**
- Monitor and manage the Outlet Managers’ performance
- Develop team leaders through capability development and coaching
- Facilitate innovation and lead team leaders to implement change

**Adhering to Quality and Standards**
- Ensure compliance on high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in food court / institutional catering
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing multiple outlets
- Minimum ‘O’ level or Diploma in F&B service or equivalent
- Processes strong leadership qualities
- Willing to be involved in hands on operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lead and motivate to produce results
- Passionate about leading by example
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
