**Client**: MNC, A1 Main Contractor.

**Location**: East Area with Transport pickup from Yishun, Jurong, Tampines Etc.

**Salary**: Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

**Remuneration**: 17 days annual leave with year end bonus + VB based on performance.

**NOTE**:Only those who **Do NOT** Require **ANY Work pass** will be Consider.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in **Civil** Engineering, recognized by Spore PE Board
- **Min 5 - 8 years** of relevant experience, in **Singapore Construction Sites**:

- Experience in construction (Road work, Land reclamation, HDB Projects) will be advantageous
- Proficient in auto cad, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good rapport skills, ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meticulous and strong organizational skills
- Willing to work along the Changi area.
- Able to work independently

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out daily site supervision, coordination, and quality assurance of on-site
- Supervise & Coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety, and quality control.
- To perform engineer's role on method statement, implement cost & time efficiency on the operation and supervise site works compliances and inspections
- Keep track of variation and claims of contract and cost impact
- Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Take reasonable practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace
- Liaise with the consultant and carry out a site inspection
- Attend meetings with clients or sub-contractors on work progression and prepare a meeting progression report
- Any other works as required by the Company from time to time.
