- Must possess a basic medical degree
- Should have at least 4 to 5 years of working experience in the relevant specialty
- Must fulfil other criteria as stipulated by Singapore Medical Council for Temporary Medical Registration
- Must meet English Language proficiency requirement of SMC if the medium of instruction for the basic medical qualification is not in English Language
- Required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 under the National Vaccination Programme
