The Global Retail Markets E/W Product Solutions team is responsible for building exceptional products and performing complex analyses for our customers, agents, and business partners within our global markets. This role will contribute to the direction of region initiatives and conduct high level analyses to support the strategic direction of our global operations. Job Responsibilities

List of the role's key duties and/or responsibilities (up to a maximum of eight) including important features of the job, the general nature, and the level of the work that an employee performs.
- Develop advance tools with mínimal direction and contribute across all phases of automated management workflow process (e.g. plan, analyze, design, build and test) to support new implementations
- Queries data to conduct ad hoc analysis of metrics and analyze trends to answer advanced business questions.
- Collaborate with market partners to understand business work flows to identify improvement areas and provide thoughtful recommendations that influence countrywide decisions and initiatives.
- Through research, identifies business needs and proposes changes to our product offerings.
- Lead own work stream on all projects and proactively manage low to moderate complexity projects.

Preparation, Training & Experience

Overview of the minimum knowledge, skills and abilities that are typically required to perform the duties of the role. In lieu of any required and/or preferred technical/managerial experience, participation in a company-wide sponsored rotational assignment program that provides broad exposure to multiple functions within the organization would be considered.

Your Technical Skills Include
- 3 years or more VBA and/or Power Platform development experience.
- Proven strong skills in using advanced macros and Excel capabilities, including VBA, pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas and graphing to enhance user interfaces and create queries, forms, and reports.
- Experience in developing integrated solutions with Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and CDS) and Office365 services (e.g. Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Ability to debug and code difficult functions and syntax in VBA and/or Power Platform.
- Advance proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and other data analysis software (e.g. SAS, Access, and SQL Database).

Your Non-technical Skills Include
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business systems, business, economics, mathematics, or other related field plus at least 3 years or more of relevant work experience.
- Insurance background is a plus but not required.
- Skilled in the areas of problem solving, decision making/critical thinking, effective communications, flexibility/adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work through ambiguity with limited supervision.
- Capable of multi-tasking different projects and meeting competing timelines.
- Experience managing projects and working with global internal or external clients preferred.
