Currently, we're hiring Legal Consultant to join us with:

- 6+ years of relevant experience as in-house or commercial lawyer
- In-house legal experience is preferred (directly, or as a secondee) though not essential.
- Proficiency in writing and drafting legal documents in Korean, as well as the capacity to support the commercial team in the Korean market. Proficiency in both Korean and English, and qualification to the Korean bar is essential.
- Strong commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders, with a view of providing commercially tailored advice.

The responsibilities for this role will include:

- Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including creative, advertising, and digital marketing, procurement, technology and partnership deals.
- Provide practical legal advice related to consumer digital experiences, brand marketing activations, promotions and consumer data and privacy.
- Develop, implement, and advise on a wide range of commercial marketplace contracts, Terms and Conditions of sale, distribution agreements and related policies. Support commercial relationships with retailers, distributors and partners that represent the company in the marketplace for Korea market.
