As a Senior Sales Assistant and Appointment Coordinator, you will be the first and last touchpoint for our customers.

This means being the friendly face they see, the helpful hand they trust, and the reliable teammate who keeps everything running smoothly.

From coordinating appointments to driving sales and ensuring seamless operations, you will play a pivotal role in our customer journey.

**Critical Work Functions**
- Being a role model for customer service
- Coordinate appointments
- Answer online / Telephone enquiries
- Cashiering
- Retail store operations (Includes opening, closing, cleaning)
- Product recommendation, handling customer enquiries on promotions and product information
- Training and supervising new part time or full time staff, conduct feedback sessions if required
- Performing checks to ensure store standards are met
- Improve overall performance of the team, by looking at areas including customer feedback and efficiency in our SOP
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and hygiene at the front and back of the house
- Verifying all attendance-related reports / records, ensuring timely and accurate submission of part-time and overtime hours
- Handling customer enquiry, feedback and complaints and assisting in customer exchanges and refunds
- Maintaining the stocks and ensuring it is within quality and display standards

**Job Requirements**

- Adapt well to a fast-paced environment, standing and walking for long periods
- Willing to learn about the products we carry
- Demonstrate diligence, resilience, and a commitment to building a long-term career
- Enjoy music and comfortable around our cats
- Do not require S Pass or E Pass to work in Singapore

Personal time / Off days will not be interrupted
Public Holidays if working will be issued Off in lieu

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
