**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Design and Implementation**:Design and implement systems infrastructure to meet organizational requirements.
Deploy, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and related software.

**Performance Monitoring and Optimization**:Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and optimize for efficiency.
Conduct regular system performance assessments and implement improvements.

**Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution**:Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users and other IT teams.

**Security and Compliance**:Implement and maintain security best practices for systems and networks.
Ensure systems comply with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Backup and Disaster Recovery**:Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
Test and validate backup and recovery procedures regularly.

**Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate systems seamlessly.
Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

**Documentation and Knowledge Sharing**:Create and update comprehensive documentation for systems and procedures.
Share knowledge with team members and contribute to the development of internal best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
- Experience with troubleshooting and performance tuning of Citrix environments.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and security practices.
- Relevant certifications such as Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) or Citrix Certified Professional (CCP) are a plus.

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $6,500.00 per month
