**职位需求**
1. 拥有丰富的汉语教学经验，对教学有深入的理解和热爱。
2. 具备本科及以上学历，学前中文教育专业优先考虑。
3. 熟悉国内外汉语教学标准和流行的教学方法，能够根据学生的不同需求和水平制定教学计划和教学资料。
4. 拥有良好的教学表达能力，能够生动形象地讲解汉语语音、词汇、语法和汉字等方面的知识。
5. 具备较强的组织、协调和管理能力，能够有效地组织教学和管理学生。
6. 具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力，能够积极参与团队建设和教学研讨。
1. Rich experience in teaching Chinese, with a deep understanding and passion for education.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in pre-school Chinese language education preferred.
3. Familiar with Chinese teaching standards and popular teaching methods both domestically and internationally, able to develop teaching plans and materials based on students' different needs and levels.
4. Possess good teaching expression ability, able to vividly and visually explain knowledge of Chinese phonetics, vocabulary, grammar, and Chinese characters, etc.
5. Strong organizational, coordination, and management skills, able to effectively organize teaching and manage students.
6. Good teamwork and communication skills, able to actively participate in team building and teaching research.
