**Co-management of all Operations / LOSB Jetty - Wharf / related matters**
- Ensure safe operations
- Confirmation and allocation of suitable of berth based on the job activity
- Daily submission of TOPS Berth Allocation Plan
- Roster for wharf personnel
- Overtime deployment and approver
- To ensure compliance of all local government agencies / LOSB Noise monitoring guideline
- Deployment of adequate no. of wharf personnel for safe berthing and un-berthing of vessel
- Ensure compliance to MOM guideline for days and hours of work in a day / month
- Support HR for wharf’s personnel validity of training competency, work permit and all HR related matter
- To implement and ensure compliances to General Rules and Regulations in the base and jetty
- Maintain discipline of all operations personnel
- Ensure all record / logbook / checklist is up-to-date and endorsed
- Monitor Supervisor day-to-day operations
- DWR Approver

**Co-Assist day-to-day operations**
- Daily tool-box briefing
- DWR Approver for Jetty /HSE services

**Support all safety-related matters of Operation Department**
- Monthly Submission of HSE KPI
- Assist with all operational incidents investigations
- Maintain records/adequacy/validity of Operations Safe Work Procedure and Risk Assessment
- Implementation and enforcement
- Audit
- Provide reports as and when required by Operations Manager / Senior Vice-President
- Perform any other assignments as tasked by Operations Manager / Senior Vice-President
- Report to Executive, Senior Operations

**Ship Repair Manager**
- To perform the duties of Ship Repair Manager as per WSH (Shipbuilding & Ship Repairing) Regulations
- To implement and ensure compliance to all relevant WSH Regulations and Permit-to-work requirement
- Permit-To-Work Management
- Approver for job activities in LOSB Jetty
- Assist with internal and external audit

**Safety Assessor**:

- To perform the duties of Safety Assessor as per all WSH Regulations
- To implement and ensure compliance to all relevant WSH Regulations and Permit-to-work requirement
- Permit-to-work system / Charges
- Perform the role of Safety Assessor and to control and execute Permit-to-Work Systems.
- Inspect and approve permits performed in the base and on-board vessels.
- Attend to client enquiries on HSE related charges for permits.
- Compile and check all HSE charges in DWRs
- Maintain records of completed permits and billings.
