Support full cycle of Facebook live selling by rotating between live admin role, logistics role and customer service role.
- To assist with uploading of products into system before livestream
- Preparation of live selling fulfilment list and responding to customers enquiries
- Support the logistic team in the packing and organising of product orders.
- Provide assistance to customers during live session (Checking of outstanding orders, questions on ordering and products)
- Any other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirement:

- Highly motivated, passionate and people oriented
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication
- Positive working attitude and a team player
- Able to work independently and self-initiative
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to details.
- Well-versed in the use of Facebook Live Tools.
- Time management and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously
- Training will be provided.
- Might be required to travel if necessary

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
