- The role will suit either an existing senior or a mid-level native Web Fullstack Engineer ready for their next challenge, but with at least some experience mentoring a high performing team. You should enjoy working with autonomy in a creative and entrepreneurial environment, and have a strong commitment to producing high quality code. We offer flexible working and have recently shifted to a 'remote first' working policy with a minimum expectation of coming to the office two days a month, however you can come in more often if you wish to.**Accountabilities**

**How you will contribute**:

- Design, develop, ship and maintain web platform capabilities.
- Develop reusable, testable, maintainable and modular code on a web platform.
- Develop and collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement clean mobile architecture.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design and ship new features. Implement new user interfaces and features together with automated unit and integration tests, from specification to production.

**Experience, Skills And Professional Attributes**

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- 3+ years of professional experience with web development, proficiency with some of the following programming languages: Javascript/Typescript, Go, Python, Java.
- Working experience with React.
- Working experience with test automation and methodologies.
- Working experience with UI development in React.
- Experience with web performance metrics and analytics.
- You’ll value well-thought-out and straightforward solutions to problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong ownership, scrappy and biassed for action.

**Plus**:
Professional working experience with enterprise software integration.
