TikTok Live team has been focusing on delivery engaging and the best live streaming experience to global users. Our team develops creative and interesting features for streamers and viewers to express themselves and interact with others instantly. We are looking for passionate mobile software engineers to join us in this fast growing industry.

Global Live Multi End’s Major Objectives are,
- Ensure Global Live to meet compliance requirements, and promote cross-team architecture governance.
- Build Global Live architecture with multi-end and cross business development.
- Optimize experience on live streaming and end-to-end performance.

Our Key Problems To Solve,
- Build streaming platform with Stability, better Performance (Low-Latency and High-Concurrency), Resilience and Efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement the multi-end live streaming platform, improving streaming quality continuously.
- In-depth analysis of all ends with Live streaming business, identify potential risks and probable evolution based on business development direction and to form solution.
- Be Involved in researching and developing live streaming services, implement high qualified throughput and consistency under complex global distributed scenarios.
- Organize workflows on video streaming and make development efficient under the limitation of complexity networks, insufficient decoding ability of devices and the allocation of cost.

**Qualifications**:

- BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related major, deep understanding of computer architecture, data structures and algorithms, in depth knowledge of multimedia playback;
- BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related major, deep understanding of computer architecture, data structures and algorithms, in depth knowledge of multimedia playback;
- 3 years+ work experience in Internet company, familiar with architecture design;
- Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++;
- Large scale client-facing live-streaming project development experience; Extensive experience in fundamental video playback or live streaming implements.
