**About Head of Growth at Nogle**

We are looking for a Head of Growth to join Nogle’s fast growing team in Singapore. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be primarily responsible for building and scaling our entire customer acquisition apparatus, from upper to lower funnel activities. As a Growth Leader, you will manage a team of growth specialists using both disruptive and authoritative positioning strategies to build on Nogle’s position as a leader in our field and position us to achieve our long-term vision.

Leading the corporate group bringing together all communications and marketing functions, you’ll take ownership of the Nogle brand, developing strategies to manage messages and deliver communications - and aligning these with the strategic plan and organisational change strategy. With your experience, you are well-versed in creating and implementing complex, multi-stranded communications and commercial marketing strategies, both traditional and digital, and knowing how to manage a commercial brand across a breadth of audiences and media.

**What will you need to do**:

- Strategy & Vision:
- Development and execution of customer acquisition strategy via paid channels and customer retention.
- Generate data driven hypotheses, run experiments, understand how to measure success, create forecasts, and run A/B tests to validate and scale growth programs.
- Synthesize anecdotal and quantitative data to concept & execute campaigns to drive growth, traffic and engagement.
- Support the development of the marketing strategy and take ownership of the campaign implementation and supporting roadmap.
- Lead and manage all user acquisition flows and growth initiatives in partnership with the product team, constantly iterating and optimizing flows to improve conversion and developing new ideas to acquire members.
- Understand the competitors, ensure the company has competitive advantage over time.
- Develop a foundational understanding of marketing channels, campaigns, and projects to develop and bring marketing strategies in a timely manner to life.
- Assess and source agencies and contractors as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with operations and finance teams to set the right goals and KPIs with the team, and work with marketing partners and cross-functional operators to create integrated plans to achieve these goals.
- Regularly inform stakeholders across marketing, sales, PR & communications, and finance of insights on marketing performance to ensure cross functional alignment on the best possible data-driven marketing strategy.
- Maintain a close partnership with the Data Team to analyze current business processes and resources to ensure evolution of competitiveness and reduced complexity while optimising flexibility for relevant business opportunities.
- Leadership:
- Coach, mentor, and motivate a high producing Growth Marketing team, and in helping the team achieve their individual and team targets.
- Develop key performance indicators and monitoring tools highlighting performance of each growth campaign. Provide recommendations for decision making purposes.
- Identify and effectively analyze new opportunities for Nogle, ultimately making recommendations to relevant decision-makers and cross-functional partners.
- Measure and report on budget utilization across the marketing team while diagnosing bottlenecks and developing action plans to resolve them.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program reporting package which includes tracking of program KPIs and KRIs.

**What do you need to have**:
Required:

- 8+ years of practical experience as Head of Growth Marketing or similar roles
- Experience in agency/client leadership positions - demonstrated ability to articulate a clear vision and lead team members to a shared goal
- Deep understanding of digital and paid social media channels
- Deep understanding of non-paid channels (SEO, organic, referrals, etc)
- Demonstrated experience in managing a complex marketing/sales technology stack, such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Drift, SalesLoft, Outreach, LinkedIn, Google Analytics
- Effective influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical skills to deliver insights to improve performance
- A solid understanding of crypto, DeFi, and Web3

Preferred:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), with an emphasis in Marketing/Business preferred
