**Job Duties**
- Maintain good relation with current customers, buyers & suppliers to maintain the business timely.
- Develop new business opportunity with new customers and buyers
- Negotiate with customers based on suppliers’ conditions.
- Liaising with colleagues, customers & suppliers locally & overseas.
- Responsible for daily operations including processing and fulfilment of online sales orders (coordinate, packing, shipping, billing) and logistics-related matters.
- Ensure good quality goods before delivered to customers (Quality checks & assurance).
- Responsible to ensure overall smooth online sales and maintain a positive revenue and ratings.
- Assist Directors & reporting Manager in business development for the company & various marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, etc.
- Generate Social Media contents.
- Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by Directors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in any field.
- Good negotiation & selling skills.
- At least 1 - 2 year of working experience in ecommerce or marketplaces is a plus.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in WooCommerce or Shopify is a plus.
- Experience in Photoshop skills is a plus.
- Responsible & good working attitude.
- Positive.
- Honesty & integrity.
- Possess own vehicle.
