**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, review, and submit reports in compliance with MAS & SGX Risk Based Capital Regulatory Reporting
- Deliver Regulatory & Reconciliation Reports accurately, timely, and effectively in accordance with existing policies, procedures, service standards and regulations
- Provide responses to any queries related Regulatory Reporting
- Support any new product or projects or initiatives and involve in system parameter maintenance, UAT, LV, process improvement and system enhancements related to Regulatory Reporting
- Work with stakeholders to understand improvement/enhancement project goals, objectives and deliverables, review project plan, UAT timelines, perform impact assessment etc.
- Support the day-to-day financial accounting functions and ensure timely and accurate monthly closing of books
- Prepare reports on a timely basis to both internal and external stakeholder (i.e. Head Office and regulatory bodies)
- Assist in yearly statutory audits and/or government returns when required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance related field
- 4 - 7 years FP&A or Finance related experience in banks, financial institutions or Big 4 banking audit
- Hands-on experience with performance management systems (e.g. Hyperion), Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau), SQL and Python is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with managing and analysing voluminous data, with a high attention to detail
- Able to work meticulously in a dynamic and fast paced environment, to meet reporting timelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good learning attitude and fast learner
