Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business line of overseas credit card products, understand the regulatory requirements, be familiar with market analysis of competing products, and adjust product construction according to regulatory and market changes;
- Responsible for promoting the implementation of major projects, coordinating the cooperation of multiple departments such as middle office, risk control, collection, finance, data, etc., clarifying needs, aligning and interacting, and promoting the realisation of research and development;
- Sensitive to data, continue to pay attention to product effect data, and optimise product process and data experience through data analysis;
- Manage the credit card product team, guide the team members to work, improve the quality of the team's PRD completion, and efficiently promote the demand to go online;
- Innovative, able to gain insight into user behaviour, and promote iterative optimisation of products;
Job requirement:
- Minimum undergraduate degree or above in any relevant field;
- More than 5 years of experience in the field of credit card, retail credit or Internet finance, and have knowledge accumulation and methodology of bank card products;
- Understand the core banking system, credit card system, personal loan system, e-banking, etc., and form the structure of the Internet product system;
- Possess team management experience and be able to manage 3+ product team operations;
- Strong active learning ability, full of responsibility, excellent planning and ability to independently promote project implementation;
- Good user perspective and ability to grasp product details experience;
- Good communication skills to manage regional stakeholders.
