OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive

**What you will do**:

- Overall responsibility to manage and run projects on site
- Depending on the size and complexity of the projects, you will be expected to manage a team of engineers, supervisors and CAD drafters
- Ensure the project are properly executed and completed on time meeting the quality, safety, cost and schedule requirements.
- Liaise with client on design, scopes, cost, variation orders and all other important project related items
- During the off-peak period, you may be requested to help source for new projects through your contacts or otherwise and to support and prepare tenders and quotations to potential clients
- Responsible for overall project P&L, Variation Orders and claims to clients and schedule
- Additional duties as Hiring Manager/Reporting Manager as per JCI requirements if there are staff reporting to you.

**What we look for**:

- A good engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years of Project Manager experience in M&E construction industry
- Experience to lead a team of engineers
- With some project execution experience in a clean room wafer fab is a plus
- Committed to complete given tasks on time, ability to work independently and taking ownerships and responsibilities on the role that had been assigned to you
- Self-motivated and open minded with passion to challenge status quo and drive for continuous improvement
- Good project management skill, process excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage your team, clients and subcontractors/vendors
