**What you will be working on**
- Lead the servicing team to ensure timely completion of daily tasks, while maintaining and improving servicing, repairing and maintenance standards.
- Schedule and allocate adequate resources, monitor progress, and resolve reported issues proactively.
- Report intervention cases status and key updates to the Senior Manager.
- Act as a key personnel in independently leading team discipline, shift planning, and day-to-day operations.
- Oversee team recruitment, performance appraisals, and ensure skills training is aligned with current and future shift requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
- Lead and work closely with team members to ensure the team meet the respective KPI and Response Time
- Coordinate effectively with department leaders to ensure smooth and well-communicated task completion.
- Analyze operational practices and recommend or implement system/process improvements.
- Will be working with Team Members to complete the field intervention cases

**What we are looking for**
- Min. Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical discipline graduates or any technical qualification in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in a technical environment
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing a highly skilled technician workforce
- Practical, hands-on experience in beverage equipment ( Preferably)
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in implementing Lean/Kaizen or other continuous improvement projects.
- Demonstrated capability in resource planning and team management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
