DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager (Safety & Security) RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist in managing the Security operations of the Gallery - Conducts investigation into security & safety breaches - Assist with the management of the security systems vendor, ensure its operability to support security functions - Manages the outsourced security services partner and ensure compliance to contractual obligations and performance indicators - Secondary point of contact for liaising with government officials, ministries, and law enforcement - Assist with the coordination and upkeep of the business continuity & crisis management plans QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum 3 years' experience in a management position preferably in a hospitality environment/attractions or any other service orientated industry preferred - Certified First aider/CPR and AED Operator - Must possess PLRD license (Supervisor) - Sound technical knowledge on security systems and operations - Ability to integrate and play an important role in a large and fast paced team - Ability to manage projects simultaneously - Flexible approach to working hours, as and when the business levels demand - Excellent communication and writing skills - Medically and physically fit, good team player with initiative - Maybe required to work on rotating shifts, weekends - Professional certification such as Associate Protection Professional (APP) is desirable
