- Currently looking for a Singapore Medical Lead to be part of a new global medical organization focussed on a company’s new rare disease portfolio.
- They have a new product they are launching, and they need you to develop the strategy for the launch from scratch alongside their new Commercial Lead. It's like operating a business within a business working with the local team but reporting to the Global HQ with a great deal of autonomy to do things as you see fit.
- The Medical Lead will be responsible for:
- Drive and lead scientific and medical expertise, including therapeutic areas (TAs) and products.
- Ensure alignment of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) with medical strategy and maintain appropriate numbers.
- Lead scientific engagement strategies, including Disease State Education, clinical presentations, and responses to medical requests.
- Provide updates and metric reporting on medical community interactions to the medical team and other internal stakeholders.

The Medical Lead will be/have:
- Degree Qualified in relevant field
- MSL experience within the pharma industry locally and globally
- Experience in KOL, HCP or medical community engagement
