**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure SOP and existing/new controls are in place and adhered to.
- Responsible for Structured Trade Operations end to end transaction processing.
- Handle full spectrum of documentary trade transactions and to deliver timely and quality service to the Bank.
- Review and check Trade Finance Application forms and supporting Trade Documents for Import and Export products.
- Document Checking for Import and Export as per LC terms and adhered to UCP rules /ISP 98, MAS, AML/CFT procedures and internal policies.
- Price check, Vessel check, highlight irregularities and red flags showed in documents for further escalation and approval.
- Ensure Daily Funding is accurate and timely reports to Funding desk
- Work with team members to complete daily tasks
- Able to communicate effectively with team members, internal stakeholders and external clients for daily due bills and others operational matters
- Follow up with clients to ensure timeliness of receipts of all trade documents/instructions
- Able to identity opportunity to improve daily operational efficiency for the team/organization
- Review and opine on new products, processing involvement and process improvement
- Assist the Team Lead in any operational and administrative tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Trade Finance/Commodity/Export-Import operations, within a bank.
- Good Knowledge in UCP600/ISBP/URC/URR/ISP/INCOTERMS and MT Swift messages
- CDCS Qualified would be advantage
- Meticulous, analytical and strong follow-up skills
- Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team member.
