This role calls for a talented all-rounder with initiative and drive, along with a skill set that includes Photography, Digital Imaging, Video Producing/Editing along with some Graphic Design skills.
- You must have excellent creative, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create, plan and prioritise, multi-task, and adaptable. - Product photography and styling including flat-lay, studio lifestyle shots
- Required to style, source, and scout for location, props for photoshoots
- Photo retouching and image adaptation for website and social media
- Must be able to use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose realistic imagery
- Videography:

- Conceptualising/storyboarding and sequencing of video content, considering creative direction and how the content can drive brand engagement and sales
- Video and audio editing
- Minor motion graphics
- Colour correction
- Ensuring consistency in content and compatible designs across all brand platforms & devices - mobile, tablet, different screen size
- Work independently/with stylist and models to direct the shoot/video
- Plan and organise external photography/videography resources when needed on projects
- Collaborating closely within the e-commerce and creative team to ensure that all designs align with the brand guidelines, while also meeting usability and online standards, selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation style for videos and composition; layout, digital imaging for photos/images to create purposeful and aesthetically pleasing online content
- Constantly exploring and providing the teams with inputs on the latest trends or updates in area of content creation for digital campaigns

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Digital design, Multimedia Design, Animation, Motion Graphic, Photography, Videography, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in Multimedia/Digital Design, Motion Graphic Design for Design Studios, Post-production House, Creatives Agencies, or in-house creative departments
- High technical proficiency and expertise in Adobe Creative suite programs (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principals, and animation.
- Passionate about new trends in digital and social media and understanding of all major localised social media and ecommerce platforms’ (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube. Amazon, Shopee, Lazada) dimensions and specifications, consumer behaviour, etc
- Ability to manage and handle urgent last-minute creative requests. You will be in a demanding and fast-paced environment. There will be multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
- Self-motivated and resourceful in making the impossible possible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and is social media savvy and programming skills are a plus
