The position
Purpose of the role will be to support the sales team with administrative an organizational tasks in order to leave the sales team free to focus on the business of selling.

Main responsibilities
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Set up order quotations, document and maintain order files
- Check on customer orders, prices and discounts
- Handling small standard sales orders
- Coordinate with other departments such as accounts and purchasing
- Processing new sales leads and monitoring customer accounts, maintaining CRM system
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team keeping track of sales targets
- Answering phone calls and scheduling diaries
- Ensures the compliance with quality, health & safety procedures concerned to sales and sales departmental policies and regulations
- Marcom activity organization in BJ LE

Qualifications and Requirements
- 2-3 years of administrative experience preferably in a Sales environment
- Ability to communicate technical/product infromation to both technical and non-technical audience
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) especcially with Excel
- Experience of working with databases
- Experience with Sales Force
