1.Daily project acceptance and distribution, set up the permissions and processes, review the data, and register the ledger.

2.Prepare for the credit meeting, and complete the meeting minutes in time.

3.Complete the meeting minutes in time after the credit meeting, submit them to the system and monitor the system process.

4.Complete the relevant work for the changes of committee members and report according to the policy.

5.Electronic and paper file management related to credit approval.

6.CCMS system related module administrator, including personnel roles and authority management.

**_Secretary of the pre-credit analysis meeting _**

1.Review the basic information of the pre-credit analysis meeting.

2.Facilitates review and comments on specific cases; prepare for the pre-credit analysis meeting and complete the meeting records.

3.Timely complete the minutes of the pre-credit meeting, and send them to relevant personnel after review.

**_Statistics and report _**

1.Monthly report: At the beginning of the month, summarize the list of approved projects in the previous month, calculate the relevant data summary events, and submit the form to relevant departments and teams after review.

2.Quarterly report: summarize the list of credit items in the previous quarter within 5 working days of the quarter, calculate the KRI of the days used for the quarterly annual review cases, and input the data in the system after the review. According to the quarterly approval cases, complete a comprehensive risk report of case analysis and approval, including the data analysis and summary in each dimension required.

3.Annual report: summary of the annual operation of the Credit Approval Committee, annual summary and plan of credit analysis and approval, etc.

4.Complete other specialised or temporary statistical statements and reports related to the credit approval work according to the requirements of the superiors.
