**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities You will be part of the team based in Fort Canning Park responsible for adhoc and planned maintenance works in Civil & Structural and Mechanical & Electrical Services. You will ensure that the maintenance works are carried out in compliance with specifications and building regulations. You will also plan, manage, and execute rectifications, repairs and upgrading works.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements - Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical and/or Environmental Engineering - Preferably with prior experience in facility management - Conversant with current Codes of Practice, requirements of regulatory authorities and building regulations - Enjoy working outdoors and interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders - Creative and resourceful individual with good interpersonal and writing skills - Able to work in team environment, adaptable with a diverse range of duties and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
