Singapore GENESIS CHILD CARE (TP) PTE. LTD. Full time

Job Responsibilties:

- Provide general office admin support to ensure the smooth running of the Centre
- To maintain and update all office records To liaise with Centre Manager/Principal, Teachers, Parents and Regulatory bodies on enrolment and subsidy matters
- In charge of fees collection and centre's petty cash claims
- Monitor, control and order stock for the Centre
- Liaise with ECDA, CDA, Banks and other authorities for matters related to the Centre such as subsidies
- Input data into ECDA Child Care Link website eg particulars of new teachers, reporting of cases of infectious diseases subsidy

Update ECDA's Centre Management System (CMS)

Job Requirements:

- Passion for children
- Mature with good interpersonal skills
