Singapore De Kinder Club Full time

De Kinder Club is a premier early years enrichment space for all kids aged 6 months to 6 years old, especially focusing on sensory play.

We're looking for a Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Associate to assist with customer enrolments and provide exemplary customer service.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Attend to all walk-in potential customers and existing parents' phone calls and messages promptly and professionally
- Effectively communicate the benefits of De Kinder’s programs/ classes to prospective customers.
- Bring new prospective customers on a tour of the centre
- Assist in prospective customers' queries and & close new prospective customers after they come for a trial class

**Job Requirements**:

- Passionate about selling in an enjoyable and non-pushy way
- Past experience in a sales position is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, fast learner and can work with mínimal supervision
- Team player who can function well both independently and collaboratively
- High degree of professionalism in terms of appearance, attitude and action
- Available on selected weekends

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

**Salary**: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
