**Position Overview**:
As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fruit bar. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain product availability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting as required.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 6 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine interest in fruit-based products.
