**About Us**:
We are a leading sushi manufacturer and distributor with a strong presence in supermarkets in Singapore. We are committed to delivering high-quality sushi products to our customers while providing an exceptional dining experience at our sushi counters. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Operation Manager to oversee our factory production operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations in production to ensure optimal product quality and all daily operation activities are executed and met.
- Ensuring food safety and regulatory standards/requirements are followed at all times.
- Responsible for managing end-to-end production activities for an assortment of products through effective use of manpower, material, machine, and method, ensuring a safe working environment in the factory.
- Manage the overall production flow to ensure daily productivity outputs are met in a timely manner.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production output and performance reports for management.
- Manage the production schedule and monitor the overall production output levels.
- Lead a team of production supervisors and workers to ensure production targets, product quality, and specifications are reached within their area of supervision.
- Ensure all team members follow the factory operations procedures, processes, and compliance with food safety, quality standards, and statutory laws.
- Lead, motivate, and build a strong production team to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure finished goods are correctly and timely reported in the system.
- Liaise and work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse departments to solve outstanding issues and establish better coordination to work effectively.
- Ensure proper and comprehensive preventive maintenance programs are implemented and executed timely for all machines.
- Minimize unplanned/unscheduled maintenance activity.Constantly develop new ideas to enhance production productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sushi production and outlet management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
