**Key accountabilities**
You play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all our passengers. Your main role involves checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process. You may also be tasked to assist passengers with special needs or provide customer service in exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport. You also handle meet/greet services at the reception area and perform basic computerized transactions.
**Skills & experience**
- 4 GCE ‘N’ level credits / 3 GCE ‘O’ level credits / NITEC or equivalent, including a pass in English
- Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
- Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
