**Responsibility**:
Manage end-to-end content creation for TSS’s social media platforms, from pre-production and planning to on-site production and post-production analysis, with a focus on capturing engaging on-site content.

**Tasks**:

- **Content Capture**: Take photos and videos on-site at The Swim Starter's swimming pool locations in Singapore to showcase our programs.
- **Content Planning**: Collaborate with the team to create copywriting, content brief, and posting plans for social media and marketing content.
- **Content Research & Analysis**: Help analyze content performance to improve engagement and re-create the content pillars.
- **On-Camera Participation**: Be comfortable appearing in content with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude, as needed for specific social media posts.
- **Basic Design & Editing**: Assist with basic video or photo editing or graphic design for social media posts.
- **Trend Spotting**: Identify and create popular content trends or ideas that The Swim Starter could adapt to keep our content fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- Outgoing and comfortable in front of the camera
- Interest in social media trends and content marketing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eager to work in a fun, kid-focused environment
- Familiarity with basic video/photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut)
- Good written communication skills for captions and post copy
- Must be able to create content in English & Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
