**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Outreach**:

- Identify, connect, and collaborate with potential partners and influencers within the education and Bitcoin industries.
- Build and maintain relationships that align with Genius Group’s mission and objectives.

**Event Management**:

- Organize and oversee events, conferences, and networking opportunities to elevate our brand in the Bitcoin and education communities.
- Ensure all events align with Genius Group’s vision and deliver measurable outcomes.

**Media Relations**:

- Develop and execute strategies for securing interviews, podcasts, and media appearances for key representatives of Genius Group.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage press communications effectively.
- Proactively pitch stories, arrange interviews, and secure media coverage across print, digital, and broadcast channels.

**Content Development**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to produce press releases, media kits, and other public relations materials.
- Ensure all communications reflect Genius Group’s voice and position as a leader in EdTech and innovation.

**Brand Advocacy**:

- Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor trends and emerging opportunities in Bitcoin and education to position Genius Group as a thought leader in these sectors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the education, tech, or cryptocurrency industries.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on event management and media coordination.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
- A passion for innovation, education, and the transformative potential of technology.
- Familiarity with tools like PR databases (e.g., Cision), social media management platforms, and analytics tools.
- Established media relationships within the cryptocurrency and tech sectors are highly desirable.
