**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for sourcing new M&E projects for the company, hire necessary people and execute.
- Propose M&E projects/business plan to the board of directors and obtain necessary budget/investment approval.
- Lead all M&E related aspects of works and liaise with clients and M&E teams as necessary to facilitate contract requirements
- Provide the planning input for the M&E works;
- Initiate and manage schedule for M&E subcontracts and designs;
- Assist in technical coordination meetings with subcontractors and project staff;
- Responsible for the as-built documents and drawings, for the performance tests, the commissioning and hand over, the snagging and snagging reports;
- Attend consultant and site meetings with the Project Team and to carry out inspections on site to ensure that the M&E works carried out by the builder to meet the desired quality/workmanship and are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage external/outsourced resources (consultants and site supervisory staff) to execute the projects.
- Ensure that contractors carry out works in a safe manner with the necessary risk assessments and workplace safety measures in place to manage project risks.
- Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as required in the course of work.
- Good knowledge of Singapore standards and code of practice.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently.
- Target oriented in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: From $8,000.00 per month
