Roles & Responsibilities

**About the Client**:
Our client is one of the reputed Multi-National Organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Major Incident management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management
- Perform the full spectrum of Production Support responsibilities, based on the ITIL Framework: Incident and Problem.
- Be responsible for stakeholder management with local business and operations team.
- Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
Ensure production stability and availability for key operational business processes.
**Requirement**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree / Relevant industrial experience.
- 5 years in Banking Production Support
- Experience in Unix, SQL, Splunk, GitLab Deployments
- Experience in UNIX/LINUX, Oracle PLSQL / SQL, Shell Scripting
- Domain experience in Forex - Currency Rates, Pricing, Trading, Post-Trade, Risk and Order Management.
- Good to have experience in Infra - Network/Storage, Kafka, Geneos.
