Marketing Executive

**Boxgreen** is looking for a passionate and innovative **Marketing Executive** to join our vibrant team. **The Role**
- Direct social media marketing campaigns and digital advertising efforts.
- Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos adhering to brand guidelines for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Write and edit social media content to maintain brand consistency and engage with followers professionally.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and build relationships with followers and influencers to amplify brand presence.
- Proactively reach out to like-minded brands for partnerships and collaborations.
- Engage with influencers to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather content for social media campaigns and direct marketing efforts.
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, audience behavior, competitor strategies, and consumer journeys.
- Analyse digital marketing analytics to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging digital tools, trends, and technologies, sharing insights with the team.
- Handle any other assigned ad hoc duties efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience managing social media platforms
- Proficiency in creating engaging short-form videos
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms
- Proficient in graphic design tools and video editing software
- Ability to cultivate partnerships with aligned brands and engage influencers effectively
- Motivated and self-driven with a creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
