**The Role: Operations & Planning Executive**

**Erst Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is a Joint Venture between Erst Project GmbH and ISDN Holdings Ltd.**

**We specialise in developing and producing chemical-free surface coatings, disinfection and cleaning solutions.**

You are required to perform the duties and responsibilities related to your position at any division, department or section in the Company or within the Group of Companies.

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Liaise with Sales Team, Sales Admin, Purchasing, Accounts to execute orders by following the work process flow set up.
- Manage scheduling of orders, production and delivery.
- Handling of all complaints and escalating to Management when necessary.
- Preparation and oversight of the operational budget, development of strategies and procedures that increase efficiency and maximize profits.
- Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.
- Work within the operational budget, development of strategies and procedures that increase efficiency and maximize profits.
- Oversight of day-to-day operations.
- Creation production goals, often in cooperation with sales, other executives and the chief executive officer.
- Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.
- Interpretation of data and analytics and report generation.
- Presentations to fellow executive team members, the CEO, employees, shareholders,the board of directors and the media.
- Understanding customer needs, requirements and suggest ways to improve customer experience.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development.

- The Employee shall process orders at the prices fixed by and the terms and conditions of sales of the Company.
- SAP knowledge is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Diploma in Business Administration or Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in operations or a related area. Experience in managing planning in complex project environments is a plus.
