- Training/Coaching best practices
- Ability to train/coach audience in-person or via virtual channels
- Experience of working in an Asia/Global environment.
- Control focused mindset and good understanding of regulatory and reputational risks
- Good written and oral English, Mandarin would be a plus

**What you can expect**

The role is within a team of associates in the Anti-Money Laundering Client Due Diligence (AML/CDD) business management and risk team - supporting client onboarding across Global Banking and Markets (GBAM). The team is responsible for change management, training, initiatives, data & analytics, audit & exams and quality control.

**What you will do**
- Representative to key stakeholders including audit, regulators and global financial compliance (GFC)Track and monitor remediation exercises and ensure completion within deadline
- Proactive communication with senior management regarding potential risk items and issues
- Pre-test planning and coordination for audit, regulatory exams, GFC, post process QA testing
- Review Quality Assurance/Control testing results and address any deficiencies within the team
- Control focused mindset and good understanding of regulatory and reputational risks
- Drive risk routines by engaging ILQA and build routines through monthly huddle to understand root cause to improve quality issues from ILQA findings across APAC Onboarding teams
- Close engagement with Risk partners and provide support for quarterly thematic reviews emphasizing focus on quality, providing team a forum to connect and discuss gaps that have been identified through GFC tests, audits and regulatory exams resulting in a stronger understanding across teams
