Baker, Bread

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily preparation and production of breads.
- Gathering and mixing ingredients. Preparing dough, cutting and shaping them with consistency.
- Finishing the production process with additional components or accompaniments if necessary (filling or topping).
- Ensures proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards and sanitation/health regulations.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years experience as a Bread Baker.
- Have good knowledge in Bread & Pastry, and hold a Certificate in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent are more preferable.
- Have good communication.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work night shift, weekends and public holidays.
