Corporate Secretary

We are currently seeking a corporate secretary to join our bench support a variety of clients across multiple industries including Fortune 100 clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate governance policies, regulations, and laws.
- Support the board of directors and executive management in matters related to corporate governance, including the implementation of best practices and adherence to corporate policies.
- Ensure the company meets all legal and regulatory obligations
- Organize, prepare, and document board meetings and decisions.
- Maintain and organize all company records, books, and registers meticulously.
- Manage annual filings and ensure timely submissions to relevant authorities.
**Qualifications**:
- Law degree holder or other relevant disciplines
- 4+ years of experience as a Corporate Secretary or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting / financial institution or law firm.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate governance principles, best practices, and relevant regulations.
