**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute delivery plans, guiding completed Proofs of Concept (POCs) through successful integration into plant operations—addressing both business and process dimensions to ensure full operationalization.
- Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale projects, particularly those with impactful use cases across energy, utilities, and market & retail sectors.
- Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Support Data Science and Engineering practices through hands-on collaboration, coaching, and shared initiatives that drive measurable business transformation.
- Ensure thorough documentation of delivery processes, champion automation, and contribute to the setup of robust post-delivery support frameworks to enhance time-to-market.
- Travel to site locations as required to ensure seamless delivery and implementation

**Qualification, Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience managing or supporting projects in the energy or utilities sector, ideally within business or operational functions
- Strong track record in delivering data science and data engineering solutions in agile, cross-functional environments
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies in the energy or utilities domain (e.g., demand forecasting, energy consumption analytics, equipment failure prediction)
- Prior involvement in AI-driven transformation projects or innovation initiatives is advantageous
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is preferred, with over 5 years of hands-on project delivery experience
- Experience working within live production plant environments, bridging IT and business teams
- Understanding of plant operations, process engineering, and industrial analytics is an advantage

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong presentation skills to articulate solutions clearly to business stakeholders
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and behavioral awareness, with a collaborative mindset
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with digital platforms, cloud technologies, and data visualization tools
- Experience working with AI-powered tools or platforms (e.g., anomaly detection systems, recommendation engines, GenAI assistants)
- Understanding of data pipelines that support AI models, including data ingestion, labeling, training, and monitoring
- Understanding of energy sector standards, compliance, and sustainability trends
- Proactive, improvement-oriented mindset with a focus on delivery excellence and innovation
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus
- Ability to communicate technical and business concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats
