Key Responsibilities: 1. Take Customer Orders: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverages. Handle orders at the counter or through a digital platform, ensuring accuracy. 2. Prepare Drinks: Accurately prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas and specialty drinks based on customer preferences. Ensure drink presentation aligns with CHA SHI standards. 3. Ingredient Preparation: Prepare fresh ingredients like fruits, toppings (e.g., pearls, jellies), and teas. Ensure all ingredients are of the highest quality and properly stored. 4. Maintain Store Cleanliness: Keep workstations, equipment, and seating areas clean and sanitized at all times. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring the store remains a hygienic environment. 5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients and other supplies. Assist in restocking items and organizing inventory storage. 6. Customer Service: Engage with customers to enhance their experience. Address any concerns or issues that may arise promptly and professionally. 7. Assist with Opening and Closing: Help with daily opening and closing tasks, such as setting up or cleaning equipment. Complete any end-of-shift responsibilities, ensuring the store is ready for the next day. 8. Cash Handling: Operate the POS system for order processing. Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately. 9. Promotional Support: Assist in promoting new drinks, seasonal offers, and other marketing initiatives. Offer samples or suggest menu items to customers to drive sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,500.00 - $20,000.00 per month
