Requirement:

- Proven excellent customer service skills in managing premium customers
- Solid experience (5+ years of experience) in admin work, customer service is highly preferred, with 3-5 years of flight attendant-related experience (which in serving business/ first class or private jet is preferred)
- Great hospitality mindset, customer and people-oriented, tactful, good at communicating and collaborating with people of different personalities
- Native/fluent in Mandarin & English speaking and writing are essential to serve Chinese customers
- Strong cultural awareness with good understanding of Chinese culture
- Organized, calm, multi-tasking and also pay great attention to details
- Flexible and work well in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Value team work and collaborative working styles
- Private jet working experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Immediate available will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
For Flight Attendant
- Provide the highest level of hospitality and customer service to the owner and the guests on private jet
- Coordinates preflight activities to ensure the proper maintenance status of the emergency equipment, cleanliness of the cabin, stocking of the aircraft and proper catering orders onboard.
- Perform other administrative tasks and ground duties as business requires

For Admin & Event support
- Administrative, event and hospitality support for the owner during ground time
- Provide full support in company events and activities including greeting guests, guest registration, contacting chefs and preparing menu for hospitality and handling procurement requests.
- Provide clerical support as business required
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
