**Mobile App Performance Analyst
**Key Responsibilities:
**OneLink Management**:

- Generate OneLinks for Non-SRN and owned media campaigns.
- Conduct Onelinks pre-launch audits to ensure OneLinks are correctly configured and optimized.

**AppsFlyer Data Analysis**:

- Create custom dashboards to provide campaign overviews and activity summaries.
- Build dashboards for tracking organic channels, owned channels, and paid media channels.

**Integrated Analytics and Dashboard Building**:

- Develop scalable analytics solutions by aggregating data from various platforms (ETL).
- Create and maintain integrated dashboards in Power BI for holistic performance tracking.

**Monthly Reporting**:

- Prepare and deliver detailed monthly reports summarizing campaign performance, attribution insights, and key recommendations.

**Appsflyer Audience Management and Retargeting**:

- Manage audience segmentation for personalized campaigns.
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage inactive users or optimize user lifetime value (LTV).

**Media Integration Support**:

- Provide support for media platform integrations with AppsFlyer Partner Marketplace, ensuring seamless tracking and attribution across all channels.

**Quarterly Health and Sanity Check**:

- Conduct regular audits of AppsFlyer setup, tracking parameters, and campaign configurations to maintain data accuracy and platform health.

**SmartScript Integration and Testing**:

- Implement and test AppsFlyer's SmartScript for seamless web-to-app user redirection and attribution.
- Ensure proper configuration and functionality of SmartScript for owned media and web-based campaigns.
- Conduct thorough testing to verify accurate web-to-app install tracking and event attribution.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot any discrepancies in SmartScript setup.

**Appsflyer Training**:

- Develop and conduct training sessions for stakeholders across the SEA region to enhance understanding and usage of AppsFlyer tools and features.
- Tailor training programs to cover key topics such as attribution models, OneLink generation, SmartScript implementation, and campaign analysis.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure stakeholders are equipped to maximize AppsFlyer's potential for their campaigns.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:
**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with AppsFlyer or similar mobile attribution platforms.
- Proven track record in managing app analytics and attribution for marketing campaigns.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Strong understanding of OneLink generation, deep linking, and attribution for Non-SRN and owned media campaigns.
- Experience with ETL processes and integrating data into dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Familiarity with media platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and their integration with AppsFlyer.

**Analytical Skills**:

- Expertise in creating dashboards for organic, owned, and paid media performance tracking.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights for optimization.

**Project Management**:

- Strong organizational skills to handle monthly reporting and quarterly audits.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across marketing, analytics, and technical teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python for advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of privacy frameworks like GDPR, CCPA, and ATT.
- Familiarity with audience management and retargeting strategies
