**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting classes in-person and online (1-on-1 and/or small group setting).
- Deliver lessons clearly and effectively.
- Ability to assess students’ performance and provide positive enhancement to their learning.
- Communicate necessary information frequently to students, colleagues and parents pertaining to student progress and needs.
- Design and implement the educational curriculum including assessment.
- Provide voicing for video recordings to be used for online learning.
- Creating engaging lessons and preparing students for the HSK exam.
- Proven teaching plans and methodologies based on age groups and learning traits.
- Proficient in the use of teaching software and online learning platforms for teaching.
- Provide online solutions to students and handle inquiries if needed.
- Participate in other job-related duties and activities related to the position as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in teaching the Chinese language to non-Chinese speakers.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Responsibility, positive working attitude, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team.
- Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (to maintain and develop relationships with English and Chinese-speaking key customers).
- Proficient in the use of teaching software and online learning platforms for teaching.
- Possess a Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Language (CTCSOL) will be an advantage.
- Experience in classroom teaching setting will be an advantage.
