You will be a part of HPB’s Physical Activity and Weight Management Division, responsible for designing and implementing broad-based, population-level physical activity programmes for our citizens, such as the National Steps ChallengeTM. We also put in place strategies to ensure that beyond reach, we engage those who signed up to partake in regular physical activities so as to achieve habituation. We aim to create a nation of people who incorporate physical activity as part of their daily lives by making physical activity simple, achievable and fun. Moving forward, the department will be exploring initiatives to deliver person-centric health promotion, which aims to target individuals based on their personalised needs and goals.
**What you will be working on**
You will play a key role in supporting the team on the respective key duties as per described below:
Healthy 365 Operations
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders for administration of day-to-day operations
- Organize biweekly ops meeting for managing operational issues reported on areas on the Healthy 365 mobile app.
- Interface and assist with Cust. Care team to support customer queries and issues raised for further investigations via FAQs and findings from internal teams.
- Support the team and work with the key stakeholders to prioritize and manage incoming requests by gathering relevant information to be discussed for investigations, solutioning and system testing.
- Support post app/fix deployment releases and relevant follow up.
Appointment booking system for fitness wearable collection, exchange, and support services.
- Interface and assist Cust. Care team for appointment-based portal and its operations
- Assist to manage, track, and resolve issues encountered with the system and coordination of both internal and external stakeholders.
Fitness Wearable Operations
- Assist main project officer for the coordination with appointed tracker vendors for fitness wearable integration and fixes.
- Curate and refine processes for delivery and inventory management.
- Monitor and track inventory and its deliverables.
- Manage distribution sites for tracker operations, where required.
Research & Development
- Tech integration e.g., other commercial devices, distribution solutions, etc.
- Assist with market research & literature reviews for new tech and alternatives.
**What we are looking for**
Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience, of which there is exposure to project handling, customer and logistics operations and information gathering exercises for research/projects. You enjoy working in a highly matrixed, fluid, and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:
- Relevant qualifications in Operations Management or related field
- Good multi-tasking skills and able to work under tight timelines.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written form).
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated team player traits and problem-solving skills.
Desire and motivation to achieve positive outcomes via collaborations to deliver excellent customer experience.
