**Job Description**:

- Examine and investigate into cause leading to insurance claim
- Interpretation of insurance policy terms and conditions
- Assessment of amount of insurance claim
- Negotiation of insurance claim settlement
- Pursue recovery from other parties where needed
- Visiting sites and conducting assessments (transport allowance provided)

Job Requirements:

- Inquisitive and Insightful
- Meticulous with good organisation skills
- Willingness to learn
- Dedicated to customer service and KPIs
- Ability to put up detailed reports
- Business and/or technical qualifications an added advantage
- Background in investigation an added advantage
- Possession of class 2B/3 license and own transport an added advantage
- Must had good grasp of English language, with good grammar and writing abilities
- Able to converse in Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or any other local language/dialect
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
