**Senior Buyer**

The Senior Buyer will manage end to end procurement processes for assigned product group and

commodity to support overall Procurement strategy in line with company’s objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end to end procurement activities for project or supplier related activities for outsourced products and other assigned commodity.
- Develop and execute to commodity strategy to ensure supply continuity with quality and best possible costs.
- Ensures suppliers understand the company’s requirements and deliver materials to our needs.
- Manage Outsourced Product Cost related matters including lower tier components through cost modelling methods.
- Drive for year-on-year cost savings, lead time reduction and cash flow optimization with suppliers.
- Timely review and execute on ECR/ ECNs with internal teams and suppliers.
- Takes prompt and effective actions (including escalation) to mitigate Procurement and/or supplier related issues and secure supply.
- Organizes all supplier related activities and communication according to the company’s procurement strategy and objectives.
- Develop actions to optimize inventory levels with Planning team and suppliers.
- Anticipates stakeholders’ information needs, defines and execute respective communication plans

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience relevant procurement management experience with Contract Manufacturers.
- Program management fundamentals experience including defining, scheduling, tracking, communicating status, prioritizing and managing projects working knowledge of program management processes and tools with demonstrated results.
- Excellent data management and analytics
- Proven capability of handling multiple projects in parallel
- Working knowledge of product manufacturing and tests.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Well-developed business acumen in supply chain cost analysis, negotiations and contracts.
- Strong interpersonal and planning skills. Demonstrated ability to work with engineers and all levels of management
- Effective communication, presentation, negotiation, planning, organization and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment
- Highly proficient with Excel and related Microsoft Products
