For Changi T5 project, Jacobs provide project & design management services and assist CAG to manage the Programme/Schedule, Project Cost, Scope and Design Changes, Programme Risks, Interfacing, Workflow and Work Processes, Stakeholders, Site Planning and Resources Planning. **Project Summary**: Terminal 5 (T5) will be located within the 1,080-hectare Changi East development, and will be able to handle about 50 million passenger movements per year. T5 will be designed and built in two phases, in line with traffic growth. Terminal 5 is expected to be operational by mid-2030's. The Changi T5 development includes: - Changi Airport’s fifth terminal, Terminal 5 (T5) - The construction of tunnels and other underground infrastructures - Landside and aviation support facilities - The Changi East Industrial Zone If you are up for the challenge, we have been looking for someone just like you. Bring your creativity, ambitious spirit, and desire to bring value to your team, and we will help you grow, pursue, and fulfill what drives you - so we can deliver extraordinary solutions for a better tomorrow, together. - Support progressive review of design quality to achieve the Project’s key requirements as well as any other prevailing regulatory and business needs requirements - Support development and review of features that primarily help to meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements and/or deliver additional benefits to the client in terms of cost savings and passenger experience - Support and facilitate timely and efficient engagement with regulators and stakeholders for gathering, identifying, analyzing, validating, preparing, presenting, addressing queries, submitting all necessary required documentation and information, and facilitating assessment processes - Assist client in reviewing, answering all discipline related Request for Approvals (RFAs), Request for Information (RFIs), Design Clarification Queries (DCQs) and other type of documents and processes - Support management of technical interfaces within the program, particularly in the identification, tracking and resolution of all critical key technical interfaces and ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner - Provide ‘second opinion’, appraisal, diagnosis by knowledgeable and recognized professional in respect to technical and interface issues - **Ensure adequate consideration of Buildability / Constructability / Maintainability / **Green Mark requirement **by reviewing and evaluating the reports provided by the consultant and contracts**: - Support client in preparation and review of documents as required by client and external governance arrangements to ensure design-to cost is achieved. This includes rationalizing scope, cost and schedule and options selection to avoid U-turns - Support the preparation of tender documents, to identify any scope gaps, overlaps and assure clarity of scope of work/service, responsibility allocations and requirements - Support client to identify, record and monitor changes due to design development change or new requirements from stakeholders/ authorities **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering, or/either have completed an accredited Architectural degree or from any professional body whose architectural degree or qualification is recognized by the Board of Architects - A Member of the Board of Architects (BoA) in Singapore or other international institution equivalent to BoA. - With a minimum of 12 years **relevant experience in design, interfacing, and construction of global major aviation and/or infrastructure program/projects involving renowned architect or similar scale and complexity.**: - Must have developed the following skills: general construction knowledge, leadership, oral and written communication skills, teamwork, decision making, judgment, and problem solving - Experience in authorities’ submissions requirements and
