As the Director of Business Support for APAC in Financial Control & Accounting (FCA) and Group Tax, you play a pivotal role. Partnering closely with the VP of APAC, your mission is to ensure the utmost compliance in financial control and accounting across Volvo Group's legal entities in the APAC region. Your expertise in broad tax compliance and strategy will be invaluable, as will your innovative mindset to drive our vision of touchless financial flows and the digitalization of accounting, tax, and related tasks.

**Core Deliverables**
- Lead and unite teams around the company's objectives, demonstrating extensive experience across the APAC region.
- Exhibit technical strength, operational expertise, in-depth knowledge of accounting, tax regulations, and pragmatic leadership.
- Have strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a proven track record in digitalization and finance transformation projects.
- Encourage citizen development, lead global projects, and collaborate with other regions, IT, digitalization teams, and process stakeholders.
- Guide continuous improvement and adapt industrial methodologies to our services, fostering a lean operation mentality.

**Support and Growth**
- Accounting & Tax Support: Provide comprehensive support in accounting, reporting, tax, and regulatory compliance for the APAC region.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements across finance topics, including reporting and core processes, while ensuring local tax compliance and effective transfer pricing documentation.Graduation in Accounting or a related field.
- Membership in recognized Accounting or related professional bodies in APAC.
- Senior-level experience in accounting, tax, and financial domains.
- Leadership experience in multicultural teams within multinational enterprises.
- Advanced digitalization skills in finance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with a global delivery model for finance and related functions.
